Each year, IN GALLERY presents four exhibitions, one per quarter. Every exhibition is themed around a domestic space — transforming a familiar room into an extraordinary encounter between craft, design, and art.
IN GALLERY
IN GALLERY is a Seoul-based gallery dedicated to contemporary craft and design art. Founded on the belief that the spaces we live in deserve the same artistic attention as any museum, IN GALLERY reimagines the domestic environment through the lens of exceptional craftsmanship and design thinking.
Each year, the gallery presents four major exhibitions, one each quarter, each themed around a specific domestic space. From the entrance hall to the bedroom, from the kitchen to the library — every room becomes a canvas for artistic expression. By pairing artists with spatial themes, we explore how functional objects can transcend utility and become vehicles for narrative, emotion, and beauty.
IN GALLERY represents over twenty-five Korean and international artists working across wood, metal, ceramic, glass, stone, textile, and resin. The gallery also participates in major international art fairs, bringing Korean design art to a global audience.
Think / Other — our founding philosophy — is an invitation to reconsider the ordinary. To think about the objects that surround us, and to imagine otherwise.
Exhibition Program
Four exhibitions per year, each themed around a room: living room, dining room, study, bedroom, kitchen, entrance, library, tea room, bathroom, or music room. Each exhibition is a complete spatial proposal — a curated environment where furniture, lighting, sculpture, and objects coexist.
Art Fairs
IN GALLERY participates in major design and art fairs including Design Miami, Collectible Brussels, TEFAF, and Seoul's leading art fairs — presenting solo and group booths that showcase the depth and diversity of our represented artists.
Space Proposals
Beyond exhibitions, IN GALLERY offers bespoke space consultation — working with collectors, architects, and interior designers to place art and design pieces in residential, commercial, and hospitality environments.
